Wyndham at Garden City - FaÇade Restoration & Garage Deck Waterproofing

The Wyndham at Garden City is an upscale luxury condominium complex located in the heart of Garden City, New York. Unfortunately it also has a history of façade and garage deck leaks that that have plagued the building for years. After years of failed attempts to resolve the leaks, Engineered Building Inspections, P.C., being recognized as the experts in waterproofing and masonry restoration was called in to assess the water intrusion conditions.

A thorough investigation was performed by EBI to determine the building façade and garage deck deficiencies and construction documents were prepared. Restoration and waterproofing work was performed under the watchful eyes of the EBI oversight team.

Completed areas of work have been an outstanding success and are finally completely leak free.
